HOW TO ORGANIZE
To be accepted as a Find Europe project antenna has to fulfill following characteristics:

1) thematic:
• speed language course
• one national/representing local specialty dish per day (one if it is a weekend event)
• description explaining the historical meaning/development of the event and the place as well as link with current event
• at least an average of 4 hours of cultural program per day
• speed course about AEGEE's basics, history, structure, aims, opportunities, etc. should be held. (FECT is responsible for providing standard material for this introduction at least in English.)

2) logistical:
• duration for at least 3 days
• has to plan to host at least 15 participants
• has to provide at least one meal a day (preferably two)
• the participation fee is set up to 10 Euro per day (extra costs for festival entrance fees, tickets, etc. can be charged separately. They have to be announced beforehand.).

All AEGEE ordinary members can organize an event within the Find Europe project.


WHAT ARE ADVANTAGES FOR ANTENNAS PARTICIPATING IN FIND EUROPE?

First off all Find Europe will give to the events promotion by AEGEE season planner- promotion booklet where all Find Europe events will be putted. Also promotion at our page in special, cultural event calendar.

Second, we will help organizers to find right participants, and help participants to participate in Find Europe event.

Find Europe events will be high quality because they are going to be carried out according to thematic and logistic guidelines as well as supervised and assisted by the Find Europe Co-ordination Team.
