Fundraising Responsible
Takes care of fund-raising the necessary finances for covering the costs of the Project in general and during the organization of events/conferences; raises funds to partially support financially partner antennas; gives technical advice to antennas as regards sources of local FR, as well as help in the preparation of FR applications.
Conference Responsible
Monitoring the last 3 conferences of the 5-cycle conferences of this Project; to be the contact between the organising locals and the Project Team. The Conference Responsible will take care of co-coordinating the Conference from the Project Team parts’; liaises with different members of the team re specific areas of the Conference, ex. PR and FR.
Thematic Responsible
The Thematic Responsible will be helping the present Thematic Responsible in further developing the thematic of the final 3 conferences of the 5-cycle conferences. The themes are already set but needs to be developed further.
Publications Responsible
At the end of the Project we will publish a Result Book. The Publications Responsible will take care of this – collecting the minutes of the 5-cycle conference, and the results obtained during the whole process of the Project, in order to create a whole publication, which will be then distributed throughout the AEGEE Network and beyond.
Internal Education Responsible
This particular new figure in the Team will be responsible for the Internal Education in AEGEE about Disability. Locals are always more interested in the topic, and often ask for help or need disability education for the members in their antenna. Besides this the IE Responsible will take care of being in contact with the SUCT and SU issues, and also co-ordinate the distribution and collection of an already prepared survey for our AEGEE Network.
