Paul Roe is Assistant Professor at International Relations and European Studies Department, CEU. He holds a PhD of the University of Wales Aberystwyth.

Paul formerly was a Guest Research Fellow, Copenhagen Peace Research Institute (COPRI), Sep. '96 - July '98. His major research interests are in Security Theory, Ethnic Violence and Conflict, South-Eastern Europe.
