Leon Malazogu is a Kosovar Albanian from Prishtina, currently completing his MA candidate with the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA. He completed his undergraduate degree in International Relations-Political Sciences and Journalism with Mass Communications at the American University in Bulgaria.

Leon was the co-founder of the Kosova Forum at AUBG. In 1997, he completed an internship at a daily newspaper in Prishtina, "Koha ditore." Leon attended a graduate course in Political and Economic Studies in Athens organized by Georgetown University. He represented AUBG in the 1st. Mediterranean Congress organized by the University of Cyprus, Nicosia, and at the 18th University Debating Championship, Athens.

Leon is particularly interested interactive problem solving. During the summer of 1999, he worked as a freelancer and interpretor in Kosova and Macedonia.
