
The Agora Election Observation Mission to the Albanian Parliamentary Election 2025 is already taking its final shape. We are pleased to introduce our three Local Coordinators.
Local Logistics Coordinator: Amy Kokalari

Amy Kokalari is a researcher and policy analyst specializing in European integration, digital
governance, and the Western Balkans. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in European
Transformation and Integration at the College of Europe in Tirana, where she is researching
cybersecurity resilience in the Western Balkans. She previously earned a Master’s in Transnational
Governance with a specialization in digitalization from the European University Institute in Florence.
Amy has contributed to research at leading institutions, including the Centre for European Policy
Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and the European University Institute. Her work has focused on EU
enlargement policies, digital transformation, and geopolitical strategies. Beyond her academic and research engagements, Amy is fluent in multiple languages and passionate about tech policy and southeastern European studies.
Local Outreach Coordinator: Nadire Myrta

Nadira Myrta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Children and Family Issues, showcasing her expertise in social protection, gender equality, and community outreach. She currently serves as a Specialist in Social Protection at the Municipality of Tirana, where her work focuses on mapping social services, monitoring the Local Social Plan, and ensuring vulnerable populations’ accessibility. Her experience spans multiple municipal roles, including coordinating domestic violence support through the Coordinated Referral Mechanism and providing logistical assistance to families impacted by the 2019 Albania earthquake. Beyond municipal efforts, Nadira has collaborated on public opinion surveys examining trust in government and violent extremism. Through her internship in Kehl, Germany, she gained valuable insight into EU public administration. Nadira is committed to advancing Albania’s EU integration and fostering social protection initiatives.
Local Research Coordinator: Oriado Asenbejilli

Oriado Asanbejilli is a passionate advocate for youth engagement, democracy, and civic participation. Deeply committed to empowering young people and fostering inclusive governance, he has made significant contributions as a member of the OSCE Youth Advisory Group in Albania. In this role, Oriado has actively participated in discussions on democratic governance, digital security, and youth inclusion, offering innovative perspectives and driving actionable initiatives. Oriado has collaborated with various NGOs and international programs, focusing on sustainable development, peacebuilding, and leadership. Oriado remains committed to building a more democratic and inclusive society.
