
1. Logistics.Coordinator

Ledi Mikeladze Elgendi is a highly skilled professional specializing in logistics, tourism, media, and social media management with international experience. Ledi holds a BA in Media, Diplomacy, and International Negotiations from Collegium Civitas in Poland.
She holds transportation and hotelling manager position at Milky Way Tours in Albania, where she oversees travel logistics, supplier relations, and marketing strategies. Previously, she worked as a Social Media Manager and Videography Assistant at Pirveli Studio, managing digital content and audience engagement. Her background also includes real estate management, election observation related positions with OSCE/ODIHR and AEGEE. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a talented vocalist, having been a semifinalist in Poland’s Idol 2016 and a winner of few competitions. Ledi is Fluent in English, Georgian, and Polish and with intermediate Russian.
2. Outreach Coordinator

Sergi Cuadra Domínguez is a political scientist specializing in international relations, with a focus on European foreign policy, multilateralism, and humanitarian action. He currently works at the UNRWA Representative Office for Europe, where he leads engagement with national parliaments, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, EU institutions, and NATO to strengthen political and financial support for Palestine refugees.
He has previous experience in election observation, having served as a short-term observer for the OSCE in Turkey and as the logistics coordinator for Agora’s election observation mission in Romania. Beyond election observation, Sergi has held roles at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of Catalonia, where he contributed to international cooperation initiatives. He has also conducted research on post-conflict governance, transitional justice, and humanitarian policy at Enabel and the Post-Conflict Research Center in Sarajevo.
With a regional focus on the Balkans and the Middle East, Sergi combines policy analysis, advocacy, and field experience to support international efforts in peacebuilding, human rights, and multilateral diplomacy.
3. Research Coordinator

Jonas Nitschke is currently working as a Programme Manager for Democracy and Governance at the Multinational Development Policy Dialogue of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and as a co-organizer of the youth intiative to bring young leaders from Europe and Asia together at the Young Indo-Pacific Forum 2022.
His research interests focus on authoritarian forms of government as well as developments in European foreign policy in the ASEAN region and Sub-Saharan Africa and the European Neighborhood. Internships and volunteering during his studies led him to Vietnam, Tanzania, Qatar and Singapore. In addition to his studies, Jonas was involved as a board member and in the regional program connectingAsia at the grassroots think tank Polis180, as a EU delegate for the Y20 Summit on Youth in Democracy and Governance in India, the EU-India Young Leaders Exchange funded by the European Union, as a youth ambassador for the campaign organization ONE in Brussels, which is committed to fighting extreme poverty and preventable diseases by 2030, as Deputy Director of the Programmes Team at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) and participated in the European Academy of Diplomacy as a scholarship holder by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation.
