Election Observation Mission to Turkey will not take place
With regret we have to announce that our planned EOM to the parliamentary elections in Turkey on June 7th will not take place.
Due to internal processes, especially the current expansion of our Team, and due to the limited availability of most of our current Team members at the finish line of this academic year, we had to conclude that we will not be able to organise an EOM as complex as the one to Turkey promised to be at the professional level that we aspire to maintain. Therefore we have decided not to organise this EOM, and focus instead on the timely preparation of EOMs coming up in autumn.
Our updated EOM calendar will be published in the beginning of July. First calls for some autumn EOMs will be published no later than early August. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to approach us at eop@aegee.org.
