Accomodation :
Participants will be lodged at student dormitories of the University of Agriculture (www.czu.cz). The rooms are for two people, sleeping bags and mattresses not needed.

How to get to the dorms?
From the airport, take a bus n.119 and go to the terminus „Dejvicka“
From Florenc (main bus station), take subway line C (red) and go to „Mustek“, change to subway line A (green) and go to terminus „Dejvicka“.
From railway station (Hlavni nadrazi), take subway line C (red) and go to „Mustek“, change to line A (green) and go to terminus „Dejvicka“
If you come to any other place in Prague, just find subway, change to green line A and go to terminus „Dejvicka“

From Dejvicka : Take a bus n. 107 or 147 and go to „Zemedelska univerzita“. It takes about 13 minutes. The bus stop right next to the university campus. In the campus look for a Dormitory JIH („Kolej JIH“)
Of course there will be signs from the bus stop to show you the way. You can see the map of the uni campus here.

The registration will be 14,00-21,00!

Arrivals :
The official opening ceremony in Czech Senate is on Thursday at 8pm! We will take you there by bus. Please pay attention to this information :
BUSES from from the University to the Senate go from 6pm. THE LAST BUS leaves at 6,30pm –from 6,30 it will NOT be possible to get to the Opening Ceremony.

Opening ceremony at Czech Senate :
FORMAL DRESS needed! (no jeans!!!!)
ONLY PEOPLE WHO REGISTERED at the University can enter the Senate!
People who arrive later will go directly to the party at 9pm.
The Senate only has capacity 200 people, therefore only 200 first participants will be able to go there.


Transportation :
During the official programme, we will take you around by buses, arranged by AEGEE.
Therefore you don´t have to buy a full 4-day tiket for public transportation.
In case you go in the city on your own (e.g. Saturday morning –sightseeing), you will have to buy a ticket yourself.
Tickets cost:
20 CZK - 75 min (weekdays) or 90 min (weekends)
80 CZK – 1 day (24hours)

Meals: There will be 3 meals a day provided – 1 warm meal + sandwiches for breakfast and dinner. Meals will start with Thursday dinner (sandwich) and end with Sunday lunch.

AEGEE20 programme :
You already got an email from Panos from the Project Team on what will be on the social programme. We would like to ask you to bring your Aegee T-shirts and other AEGEE material for the AEGEE museum (exhibition) that will take place on Friday.

Accomodation before and after the event :
The dormitories can only provide us with three nights – Thu, Fri, Sat!!!
If you want to arrive earlier or stay longer, please find your accomodation in one of the Prague hostels. We recommend you for example :

You can find a dormitory bed for abour 10eur/night.
